These terms cover chauffeur services provided by Shoaib Chauffeur Service in Dubai and the wider Emirates.
Bookings and quotes
A quote is given for the specific route and details supplied. Material changes to route, duration, timing or passenger numbers may change the price, and any change is confirmed before it applies.
Payment
Terms are agreed at the time of booking.
Timing
Journey times are planned against live conditions and given in good faith. Traffic, roadworks and weather are outside anyone’s control, and no operator can guarantee a road.
Cancellations

Passenger conduct
Passengers are expected to comply with UAE law, including seatbelt and child-restraint requirements, child seat rules.
Liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
